Will Zidane be the next Bayern Munich manager?

The Bayern Munich board is considering former Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane as a possible successor to Thomas Tuchel, according to a report from Sky Germany.

Bayern is experiencing a severe crisis as a result of three straight losses across all competitions.

But the team has stated that they intend to keep Tuchel in charge for the completion of the current campaign.

This is primarily because Der Rekordmeister has to wait until the summer to replace Tuchel because there aren’t many candidates available to install right away.

Still, Zidane would be ready to take over in Bavaria right away if Bayern’s bad play persisted, according to Sky.

It is known that the record champions value Zidane’s aura, and after two successful stays at the Bernabéu, Bayern is undoubtedly thinking of the Frenchman as a possible Tuchel replacement.

In addition to Zidane, as was previously announced, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the former head coach of Manchester United, has been suggested by Bayern as a potential candidate for the position of interim manager.

Bayern hopes to thoroughly assess their circumstances in the summer, so even if they are getting ready for Tuchel’s departure, they have not yet decided to relieve him of his responsibilities.

Der Rekordmeister’s top objective is still without a doubt Xabi Alonso of Bayer Leverkusen, but they are aware that Liverpool will be a formidable opponent.

Bayern, nevertheless, is ready for anything and has choices available. It’s unclear, though, if Zidane and Solskjaer would be long-term fixes come summertime.
