FC Samartex forward, Emmanuel Mamah, has insisted that the players of the team will not be under pressure in the second round of the Ghana Premier.
This comes as a result of the team’s mesmerizing performance in the first round of the Ghana Premier League.
But according to the former Tema Youth forward, there is no pressure wheresoever to win the league trophy, so they will play their normal game and win as many matches they can.
In an exclusive interview with Sienu, the sublime forward said, “We won’t be under any pressure in the second league round despite leading the league.”
He added, ” What we know is that we will be the target of many teams and that is normal in football. What we need to do is to keep the focus and work hard.”
FC Samartex have resumed training for the second half of the Ghana Premier League which will commence in the month of February.
The Timber Giants are currently leading the log after putting up a remarkable performance with 32 points.
