Former Ghana coach James Kwasi Appiah has reacted to the Black Stars’ squad after it was announced on Monday.
Manager Chris Hughton, on Monday, announced a 27-man squad for the tournament that starts in Ivory Coast in a few days.
The 27-man list excluded Arsenal star Thomas Partey who has been at the tournament in the three previous editions.
Kwasi Appiah believes the Arsenal midfielder should have been included in the list since there is a possibility that he can play for Ghana after the group stages.
Appiah also added that Ghana could win the tournament since expectations are low.
