In-form Baba Rahman scores again for PAOK

Ghana defender Baba Rahman was on target again for as scored goals for PAOK in the Greek Super League in back-to-back games, demonstrating a stunning return to form.

Rahman resumed his goal-scoring rampage in Sunday’s match against Aris, despite PAOK losing 2-1 and falling to third position in the league rankings. Rahman had an incredible performance on Wednesday, contributing both a goal and an assist in a convincing 4-0 victory against OFI Crete.

Although the result was disappointing, Rahman’s goal raised his season total of five goal contributions—three assists and two goals—for the game.

These astounding numbers highlight the left-back’s status as the most productive Ghanaian defender in Europe and indicate a return to his best performance.

Rahman is appealing to Ghanaian football fans again and reminding them of the brilliance that made Chelsea pay over 20 million euros to sign him in 2015. Rahman’s current form is reminiscent of his previous days.

After overcoming multiple loan stints and severe injuries, Rahman is playing some of his greatest football right now.

Rahman’s choice to concentrate on club football and forego competing in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations has been warmly received by Ghanaians.

The fans’ backing stems from their wish to see the defender continue to play consistently and avoid injuries in light of the difficulties he has had during his career.
