Ghanaian striker Sharani Zuberu has signed a permanent deal with Slovakian giants Slovan Bratislava after an initial loan deal.
The former Dreams FC attacker joined from Dunajska Streda on an initial loan deal.
The Ghanaian, after an impressive outing with Slovan Bratislava saw the expiration of his contract with his parent club and has signed a permanent deal.
Unable to hide his excitement and eagerness to swerve his new side after the permanent deal, Saharani took to social media to express himself.
“Today I officially secured a permanent transfer drift as ŠK Slovan Bratislava player after my team reached a mutual negotiation agreement with all the participating parties involved in the deal,” he wrote on facebook.
“I am extremely proud as a White Hawk and will consistently put up my best to blossom my potentials so we can continue to share the amazing success history of this great wonderful club,” he added.
Sharani made his Fortuna Liga debut for DAC Dunajská Streda against Žilina on 29 September 2019. Sharani came on as a late second-half substitute, replacing Eric Ramírez. DAC won the game 1−0 thanks to a first-half goal by Eric Davis.
Sharani scored DAC’s 1000th top division goal on 27 August 2021 in an away fixture against Pohronie, sealing the 3−0 victory following earlier goals by András Schäfer and Milan Dimun.
