Ghanaian defender, Alidu Seidu’s move to Stade Rennais FC is officially done after the French side announced he signed a 4 years contract (2028).
The deal which was done about a week ago was around €11 million plus bonuses which also happens to be the fourth bid the Renne submitted for the young defender, after their first three bids were rejected by the the Lancers but finally had their fourth bid accepted by Clermont Foot FC.
The young defender,Alidu, has also already agreed a personal terms with the Red and Blacks and everything was made official on Monday after he returned from the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations in which Ghana were eliminated in the Group stage.
The 23-year-old versatile defender has been outstanding this season, having made 14 appearances in the Ligue 1 so far with an assist to his belt.
