Ghana FA President Kurt Edwin Simeon Okraku on Friday paid a working visit to the victorious Futsal National Team following their qualification to the Futsal Africa cup of nations.
The FA President who was in a program with the Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) had to dash to congratulate the Futsal Team following the news of their qualification.
Following his arrival, the management of the team welcomed him and he addressed the team afterwards.
“Congratulations to you all for this wonderful feat. This is amazing,” he said.
“Before you left home, not many believed you could make it. Losing 4-0 at home and overturning it here is historic.
You have made history with the team and you have made history for your individual selves and you must be proud of that,” he added.
He then assured the team of providing them with the right preparations ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations and charged them to qualify for the World Cup.
