The Egyptian national team organizes anti doping session ahead of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.
Egyptian physician, Dr. Mohamed About El Ala organized the comprehensive anti doping session for the Egyptian players at the teams training camp on home soil.
The exercise was under the supervision of Dr. Mohy El Din Gaafary, a doping control consultant accredited by the International Olympic Committee.
The session aim at familiarizing the team with the latest prohibited substances and medical regulations.
This informative session comes as a result of medical Committee of the African Union in collaboration of Confederation of African Football (CAF) could at any time summon any player during the tournament for anti doping test.
This highlights the pharaohs preparedness to climax the 2023 African Cup of Nations tournament doubt.
The Pharaohs are in group B alongside Ghana, Mozambique and Cape Verde.
