FC Samartex stalwart defender, Ebenezer Acquah believes that the second round of the Ghana Premier League will be extremely difficult for every club.
The second round of the Ghana Premier League is set to resume in the last week of February.
But Ebenezer Acquah believes that clubs will come in stronger to either win the league or avoid relegation.
“I believe that the second round will be more difficult looking at the points gap. There is no clue of the club that will win the league and same as the relegation so it will be highly competitive.”
He further I added that his side will pull off everything in them to make history by win the trophy.
“Inasmuch as I think it will be difficult, I am of the view that we have what it takes to win the league against all odds.”
Ebenezer Acquah has been one of the trusted players for FC Samartex in the 2023/24 season, playing 15 matches in the first round.
The Timber Giants currently lead the log with 32 points.
