Ghanaian midfielder Bernard Mensah was on target for Al Tai in the Saudi Pro League in their loss to Al Ahli on Saturday.
The incredible solo goal marked the tenth goal of the seaon for the former Kayserispor playmaker.
After taking on three players after a deft move from his own half just before halftime, the former Ghana international opened the score in an exciting match.
Al Tai took the lead, however despite a spirited response from the visitors, the home team was unable to contain Al Ahli’s attacking threats.
Roberto Firminio, a former striker for Liverpool, finished off a Riyad Mahrez assist to tie the score before halftime.
Following the interval, Mahrez converted from provider to scorer with eight minutes left, giving Al Ahli the lead thanks to Firminio.
Franck Kessie, who captained Ivory Coast to victory in the AFCON, sealed the win late in the contest with a strong header.
