Baba Rahman up and running after frightening aerial collision

In the Greek Cup semi-final between Panathinaikos and PAOK, Ghanaian defender Baba Rahman had a terrifying moment when he lost consciousness following a collision with an opponent.

Rahman lost consciousness as a result of the opponent heading towards his back.

After a 2-2 tie in regulation time, the game had gone into overtime when the incident happened in the 115th minute.

Rahman was given emergency care on the pitch and, happily, became conscious again.

He was taken from the pitch in an ambulance as a precaution, nevertheless, and is presently receiving additional care in the hospital.

The 29-year-old was saved with prompt action by the medical experts from Panathinaikos and PAOK.
