AFCON 2023: Ghana handed massive boost as Kudus Mohammed returns for Egypt clash
Ghana have been handed a huge boost following the return of their star player Mohammed Kudus in the AFCON clash with Egypt.
The West Ham United star was ruled of Ghana’s opening clash with Cape Verde due to injury but has been passed fit to play against Egypt in their second group game.
Kudus will be partnered in midfield by Majeed Ashmeru and Abdul Samed Salis while Jordan Ayew, Antoine Semenyo and Inaki Williams lead the Ghana attack.
In defence, Denis Odoi, Gideon Mensah, Mohammed Salisu and Alexander Djiku have been handed the difficult task of handling Mohamed salah and Mustapha Mohammed.
