Giants Accra Hearts of Oak will host Bofoakwa Tano at the WAFA Park in Sogakope in the Match Day 20 of the Ghana Premier League.
The Phobians were earlier reported to have chosen the Baba Yara Sports Stadium for the clash but that idea has been abolished.
At the start of the second round of the Ghana Premier League, the Phobians were reported to have chosen the WAFA Park as their venue after they were informed of the unavailability of the Accra Sports Stadium due to the 13th African Games.
The Phobians were later granted the permission to use the Accra facility where they hosted Real Tamale United in a game they won 3-0.
Hearts had used the Baba Yara Sports stadium in the first round to host Asante Kotoko in a game they lost to their bitterest rivals.
It is unclear why the Phobians have decided not to use the Baba Yara sports stadium to host Bofoakwa Tano but some fans believe their defeat to Asante Kotoko at that venue could be a reason.
Also, the venue being the home grounds of their bitterest rivals – Asante Kotoko – fans of the club are believed to have protested against the idea of hosting Bofoakwa Tano there.
The Rainbow boys have been impressive in their last two games – winning both and scoring 5 goals conceding only one – catapulting them to 7th position on the league log.
A win for Hearts against Bofoakwa Tano is likely to see the Phobians in the top 4 of the league where their title-winning ambitions will be rekindled.
